Yes (although I would make a point of at least trying to leave the country before...). As I wrote, he cooperates and isn't evil-minded. After all I put his daughter through school and his wife doesn't sue him for child support and adultery on his part. Law isn't symmetrical (women are punished more for adultery than men) but it would interfere with his current life for sure if that happened, which he doesn't want.
