By the way, the health care worker my friend Don mentioned, was a MD related to his wife.

Btw, my grandfather he was 80% on herbal medication(like mostly of the locals 40-more years ago), for Acne he mixed VCO or Infused Coconut meat boiled several hours in slow fire until it became an oil , then let it cold and mixed it with powder of sulfur( i remember those days we can buy a sulfur yellow stone in the market).

For Papaya leaves my Mom, Me and other beautiful Pinays 35 years ago used to mashed papaya leaves and rub it in our skin leave it for few seconds and rinse. And we also used fresh coconut meat twice per week as our skin conditioner. No wonder if you see the skin of those Pinays in the mountainous area they really have beautiful skin.:Lurking:
