If I remember correctly having/using the senior discount card could result in deportation. It is not meant for foreigners.

Did you see on my list the comment copied from another member: "Dr. Dipatado at Silliman University Medical Center “helped me survive a serious stroke for the last five years, still alive so positive”."-

for Internal Medicine at Silliman: Dr. Dr. Junabeth Credo treated me successfully and non-intrusively for gallstones and I have gone to her since for yearly examination. She seems to "know everything" and to keep up with specialties better than some specialists, and she sometimes teaches in the med school.

Can I just add Dr. Mirasol (SUMC) for pediatricians. She is awesome. She takes time to explain things and is really good with kids.
If you’re in Manila and need to be admitted, a good hospital to be in would be St. Luke’s.
And I don’t know about Dr. Carriaga of SUMC. If he is the same gastro doctor who misdiagnosed my mother and told her she had ulcer and bacterial infection and gave her medication that nearly obliterated her liver. She didn’t have ulcer. She had pancreatic cancer. Apparently wasn’t the first time he misdiagnosed people. I would tell you to avoid him but there isn’t a wide choice here if you need an Internal Medicine Specialist. If you’re in Cebu, please go see Dr. Leslee Ong at Chong Hua Medical Arts.-

Thank you for the advice. Sorry to hear about the accident with the dog. That is very common here. I have had a couple of close calls and one instance where I made it over the dog with out falling off. After being run over the dog got up and ran away. Ready to trip up another motorcycle another day.

Just thought I would add this (and put it back on-topic!):
St. Luke’s introduces advanced disease detection and cancer treatment technology (1st June 2021):

St Luke's is in Quezon City.-

So your spouse is entitled to one (if she is a Filipino citizen or dual citizen of the Philippines and another country) but you are not.
Your first screenshot contradicts your second screenshot.
Please show me the actual law (RA). Not some contradicting screenshots.-
