DI forum time???

    me again...
    how does a person set the forum ''clock'' so it shows the actual time for the filipines. i have it set for GMT +8:00/ perth, singapore, hong kong and i posted a msg at 8:13 am this morning but the forum shows it as 12:13 am (today), that's 8 hours lag. do i need to choose GMT western europe or???
