Bad teeth or tooth decay is caused mainly of bad dental hygiene, drinking softdrinks, smoking, drinking tea can cause bad teeth if you don't brush your teeth after eating lol. Some Filipinos are very particular with their teeth. Who would like to be wearing a false teeth in their 20's? Lol. But I've seen a lot around some are friends.
Thats the Aussie way I think files don't do that here because the fish easily get spoilt once the guts ha been taken out but still you can tell which one is fish and which one is not by looking at the gills, should be red, eyes should be clear and not red and body is not soft.

The first thing you do with any animal you kill should be to take the entrails out. Bacteria in the digestive system will spread faster to the meat if left in.
Thats what we do in our meat but with the fish that's why they wrap it around ith ice but not frozen to stop bacterias :-P. even in Sydney's fish market not all fish that they sell are clean with no guts some of them still have guts but they put it in the chiller :-) which is same thing here at the market
There's a live catfish for sale in robinsons still in aquarium, that'll do you :-). If need more, build a pond in your backyard and raise your own tilapia lol :-). Then you can tell its clean haha
Because you are slim does not mean your cholesterol is not out of control, in my house cooking oil is banned, only when my mother-in-law visits is oil used, that’s why 3 day visits are good lol
