    One time, and only one time, I have had a lady send a drink to my table.....and it was at Why Not! (and it wasn't later charged on my bill!) :o o:
    Note: It might have been a very intelligent young lady because I later ended up funding their entire night out. I now think there was a bet with her friends that went something like this:
    Girl to friends: "I bet you I buy all of our drinks for the night with only 50 pesos."

    Which is what we all hope for, however, that is not always the case here. I ran a blog for awhile to have some fun. I was searching for the best burger in Dumaguete. My wife and I ate ate about 25 plus locations ...I got sick at 20% of them. Not a very good statement on health conditions here. Only 2- 3 where worth sending a friend to try.

    I have a friend in Taytay and she got out of a hospital last Thurday. Food poisoning. Seafood.

    My husband had Food poisoned 3 times or more.
    Beside from basic hygiene of the staff and the working area, some reasons could be water that they used, i think dumaguete city water is not safe, they really have to boiled longer their water when using to a dish. And also for ordering a fresh juices always ask not mixing it with tap water/always use mineral water on it. Always ask the order taker if they use mineral water on juices.

    Water is an issue. When I arrive, I will purchase some sort of filtering system for drinkable water.

    So you feel you may involuntary sign up for the "Filipino Diet Plan."? Diarrhea can take off weight very fast. :wink: Lost of appetite due to fear of getting sick again, can keep the excess wight off :wink:
