    911 is not city based such as Dumaguete, it's based in Manila to cover the whole country just like the systems in other parts of the world.

    Not true, his insurance paid for everything ?

    Would it be true if it cost him a fortune (obvious exaggeration) and he got reimbursed by his insurance? Are you sure his insurance paid for everything and he did not have to pay out of pocket for a thing? Would it have cost another person less for the same treatment if they did not have excellent insurance? Is it even our business whether he paid or his insurance paid? The fact is, the treatment cost was in the 7 figure range (pesos).
