Yes without doubt especially materially, one poor example is most here could buy anything in the mall, whereas many Filipinos cannot. Should we fall ill we will go to a hospital probably of our choice. We all had decent education many here do not. Flying to another, any destination, just book the ticket. I could go on and on....
