    Well, this forum is certainly faster today than it has been in the past.

    BTW ... I am using Globe for my internet service provider (5 Mbps)
    The computer is a Gateway laptop running Windows 8.1 and using Internet Explorer 11.

    PingPlotter is a graphical interface for the traceroute command; useful for troubleshooting network latency. The first 7 hops are all Globe equipment before it goes to HK and Singapore. The problem is almost always Globe.

    Anther potential problem could be the computer you are using (as suggest by TheDude). The forum software relies heavily on JavaScript. If you are using an older computer (or a cheaper new one) your computer might be struggling. Less than 2gb of RAM you might start having problems. I'm running 8gb of RAM on both my computers and I have no issues. It's a bit slower on my phone but I have 2gb of RAM and a pretty beefy processor so it's not too bad.
