I've posted previously about the first litter of pups (almost 7 months old now), anyway we had one we gifted to the neighbors, got her back and then let her go back to them. She is now with a family member of theirs who is better equipped for taking care of a larger, active dog. The wife knows the girl and was talking with her the other day about the best ways to take care of her. From what the wife says she is really excited with the dog (fell in love with her instantly) and has a good sized yard for her to run and play. She has also recently gotten a male German Shepherd that she plans to cross with the Belgian Malinois/Dalmatian cross when they are older. I am pretty interested to see how this works out, most crosses you read about with a Belgian Malinois is with a German Shepherd as they are fairly similar looking dogs with similar temperaments. I was quite surprised that our Belgian/Dalmatian pups came out black with some having white on the nose and chins and with the majority having white chests that end up with black spots. Most German Shepherds that I've seen have the fawn color with a good bit of black on the shoulders. Quite curious if the potential coupling will give pups that look more like the Belgian or GSD and what looks may be retained from the Dalmatian blood. I have not seen their GSD but would like to meet him and see how he looks and his attitude, he is supposed to be pure bred as the parents of the cross are as well. Shawn
