I recommend Dr. Angelo Jesus Arias who is a pychaitrist and has an office on Rovira Rd in Bantayan, Dumaguete. Near the UUCP church. He only has office hours from 9-3 on Wednesdays and is fairly crowded. The first visit is 1,000 and then 500 for refils. Call for appt. 0975-018-0504 or you can show up Wed morning make an appt and come back.
