    My friend went to renew his license at Robinson the other day, apparently they serve 100 people per day and they hand out numbers on a first-come first-served. He was there at 4AM and got number 83, within a few minutes after he arrived all 100 numbers for the day had been given out. That's crazy!

    Exactly. That's the crazy part. It's the Philippines and people are actually showing up early......and at 4 in the morning! It's some sort of alternate reality.
