Alex. it is basically saying what you have put on the application form or as such what if any your impediments are. (A) if you normally wear Glasses, you must wear them when you drive. (B) If you have a Leg problem and need an adapted vehicle you may only drive that specially adapted Vehicle. (C) is not as daft as it seems, You may only Drive a vehicle that is Adapted for someone with No Arms ( And they ARE out there.) {Anyone remember the Thalidomide issue.} (D) means you have a reflective sight issue and therefore you may not Drive at night under Artificial Light. (E) is really Self Explanatory, if you are deaf, you may only Drive if you are accompanied by a Fully hearing Person.
