We will be back to Dumaguete in October and very much look forward to it. We plan traveling to Bantayan Island by car to meet some friends there. What is the best road from Dumaguete to Hagnaya Port nowadays? Has anybody used the Santander-Barili-Toledo-Tabuelan-San Remigio Rd recently? Or is there a better way to reach Hagnaya by road?
