This is a little confusing because the online form states it is for those who failed to comply with AR2014, so I "assume" if you went to Cebu last year and filed the 4 pager, you should not fill out the online form. Given my wife did that for me last year, I think it would be redundant and unnecessary this year.

So I called the Dumaguete Boi and asked what I need to bring for the annual reporting. I was told the following:
    1. Given I filed the AR2014 in Cebu last year, go to http://vua.immigration.gov.ph
    2. Goto the green "Proceed to Online Coding" box and hit enter
    3. Complete the online form and hit Print and get the printed confirmation number and bring with you
    4. Bring your ACR card and passport with you
    5. Bring last year's receipt
    6. Bring the payment, not sure if PHP 310 or PHP 500
    7. Patiently wait in line
    8. Unless you are a Brad Pitt look-alike, probably not a good idea to try hitting on the office girls

Will give it a try tomorrow

I went to Dumaguete BoI today to submit my annual reporting documents. In addition to the requirements above, we also included a copy of the stamp from latest arrival into the Philippines, thanks to Rechel for the heads up to include that. The office was full with folks also sitting outside. Given my condition, the guard took our paperwork and the office worker processed it right away and told us to come back tomorrow and pick up the receipt and passport and iCard. The cost was PHP 310.
Funny side note: A Korean guy came in and didn't want to wait. He loudly told the guard he was 62. He should have taken a look around as the majority of guys ahead of him were probably that age or older.

It always puts a smile on my face when someone other than an American is being loud and arrogant. :D
