We have had similar experiences with Entrego DGT.
From discussions with a driver the main reasons seem to be threefold:
1) The tracking system shows the item one step ahead of its actual stage in the process - e.g. the tracking may say "Your parcel is in transit to your local hub" when in actual fact it is still in the Lazada warehouse in Muntinlupa, or wherever. This is because the item is scanned for the next stage but is then awaiting a consolidated shipment.
2) Entrego hold onto the parcel(s) until they have sufficient to warrant a driver/rider travelling to the delivery area/location. This is especially true in more remote areas.
3) If there are a number of shipments to a particular address they may wait until they have all at their depot before assigning the complete shipment to a driver/rider.
Hopefully you'll get them soon!

Consider using Shopee. They are operating their own delivery network now.
I have had a lot of positive experiences using Shopee. On three occasions I utilized their return for refund policy. Remember to not click the order received button until you have opened and tested the product. You get three days (which can be extended) before Shopee releases your money to the vendor.-

The last time I had a package waiting at the Entrego Hub I went there and picked it up myself. Since I have been buying through Shopee I have not had a shipment through Entrego. Shopee uses Ninja, JTExpress and 2Go. Shopee tracks their delivery agents. I usually get notified via email that a package has been delivered within 5 minutes of my receiving it.
