Yes as you are going towards the mall there will be a right hand alley with a guard gate. you will have to park on the street and walk back to the warehouse as the guard will not let anyone drive back there anymore...
May be a coincidence but about 15 minutes after submitting a complaint form about Entrego to Lazada I received a text from Entrego saying the item I complained about, that had been sitting at their local hub for 3+ days, will be out for delivery today. There was another item that arrived the same day at the local hub that wasn't marked for delivery. Another complaint form sent. The reviews Entrego gets online makes one wonder why Lazada hasn't dropped them from their courier list.
First package (of the three) delivered yesterday. The second (also already at Dgte hub) not yet, so no, they're not trying to be smart and combining deliveries.
where did you find the lazada complaint form? i have 3 parcels stalled at the duma entrego hub; one has been there a week+, the other two, 3 days. tnx...
It seems it was a coincidence that they delivered it the same day I filed a complaint as I have submitted two additional complaints for one package (that was at their hub before the last package delivered was) since then and nothing is moving. Even if it doesn't speed them up any I think everyone should file a complaint against Entrego. Maybe they will actually do something if enough people complain. On my phone from the Lazada app I go to Account>To receive>Click on delivery status of order>Scroll to bottom click Need Help>Type "Courier complaint" to the bot. The reply it gives provides a link to the form. You need your order number, tracking number, and a screenshot of the delayed order. If doing this from a phone write the numbers down before going to the form as moving away from the app to collect this information will cause the form to reset when you return to it.
Consider using Shopee. They are operating their own delivery network now. I have had a lot of positive experiences using Shopee. On three occasions I utilized their return for refund policy. Remember to not click the order received button until you have opened and tested the product. You get three days (which can be extended) before Shopee releases your money to the vendor.
I have avoided their service as I was unable to set up a credit card with them. I remember there being the option but when I put in my card information it would never get approved. It's been awhile since I've tried, I'll give it another go. Edit: tried 3 cards and they still won't accept any of them. I refuse to do COD due to fraudulent scam orders that get sent to the house. Using cards I know that any COD that arrives is 100% a scam and not something I ordered.
