Sounds good, perhaps too good. To make a new tittle it will have to pass in lawcourt and you will need a lawyer and it will take years. And in lawcourt all parties involved will be heard to make a "fair" judgement. Perhaps you may pass by DAR as was advised, just to hear another source of advice.
good day @ firefly I have no fear claiming my share and make it titled because i have a counter evidence with them. i follow the due process to make it clear but they dont want to face us in the barrio captain.. the barrio capt issue me a certification as a proof that they don't come for my hearing invitation in the said location..approximately how much will it cost if I hire a surveyor and subdivide my share in the said lot?
For a small lot (less than 500 m)you can find a surveyor for 2,500 pesos, for a big lot it will be more expensive.
