I think I can safely say there are one or two!..........but we don't mention age here anymore:D

Keith, if that is what you are looking for, you came to the right town. Every morning there is a large crowd of foreigners conversing at McDonalds, then you can find many at most of the bars along the boulevard having their beverage of choice day and night. Also, at Robinson's Mall at Sans Rival and at Bo's Coffee. Enjoy Dumaguete and enjoy life.

 

Sounds just what I am looking for, it will be maybe a year yet before I can make the move.
