⌛ Dumaguete Vacation (Wi-Fi Access)

hi... i first had my vacatin in Dumaguete 5 years ago... and i'm looking forward to my next which will be on the 9th till 12th of June...

Much as i hate it, i'll be bringing with me a few paperworks and i need to be reachable via e-mail and on-line chat... My buddy laptop goes with me everywhere i go... is there a hotel in Dumaguete that offers free wifi access? a cafe as well where we can lounge at night? perhaps, as a bonus, a wifi area that nestles me to a site where i can enjoy the sunset just like in the pictures... hehehe... a bit melodramatic...

id appreciate too if you can recommend me accommodations... affordable or reasonable rates... yet offers the best there can be... t doesn't have to be the cheapest... just at least reasonable.

I stayed at Bethel and the wifi worked good in the lobby and coffee shop. 100p for 5 hours and u can get on and off anytime 24hrs a day. In mcdonalds if you can stand being in one if you spend 150p you can get online all day at least thats what they said. I couldnt find 150p worth of food i wanted to eat so never did it

At Bethel you can look out at the sea so that would seem about the best. I think in most internet cafes they will let you plug your laptop into phone line and use it but you pay just like your using one of there computers.

Well im back in dumaguete for a few days and staying in the Check Inn, learn something new every day. Here free internet in your room 24 hrs a day, just plug in laptop and away you go. Hotel not quite as good as Bethel and can get a room with street noise but if your gona be online a lot guess this is hard to beat.

yeah thats it sitting in my room right now. 3 blocks from bethel no view except the street if you want it. The rooms are fine shower better than bethel, restaurant is ok dunkin donuts 24hrs right around the corner so not so bad.

good luck guys. been here a month looking around. Some of the small towns around here i liked better than dumaguete but were all different. god bless all and keep you well.

 

Oh yeah and the rates here a little cheaper than bethel 650single 800double.
and visa place is right next door if you need it. Not beautiful on this street but i never dont feel safe.

 

hi guys...m now in Dumaguete and m accomodation is in Bethel... i had myself booked actually in Royal Suites but upon arriving, i found out it wasn't in the downtown...

Failed to check your mails before i left Manila.. asked a friend though to check it for me and in fact, forwarded me the nos of Check Inn but i failed to book myself... slipped my mind..

Anyway, enjoying dumaguete no matter what...
