    these threads are a bit useless, maybe a seperate forum for this kind of stuff

    Dumaguete Spring was fine for us just the wifi was a bit of a disaster

    yeah..that's true...but anyhow...everywhere here on the Philippines u can't get fast wifi conection...that's just the way it is...
    also It-outlook...they just need more servers and that's it...couse they just have cca3-5 computers for servers ..hehe

    Interesting to read this. My experience is very similar, stayed for 2 months, no copy of the lease agreement I signed was given to me, even after I asked for it twice, and, grossly over charged for the electricity. Pity I did not read this first.

    First of all i do not know who you are ??
    All our apartments have WIFI connection !! If there is a problem from Globe [sometimes is off] than this is not under our control.
    If that id true what you say that there was no connection for one month ,this never came to my attention as otherwise this would have been fixed if there was a problem?? by asking my staff ,they confirmed to me that our WIFI at each apartment is working well and no complain from any of our tenants.
    May i ask your name and at what apartment did you stay???
    You can send me that info also to my e mail add at oneegon@hotmail.com and i will certainly look into that matter.
    There is no record at our files that we own anybody and deposit !!!!
    Come out with your real name who you are and than we can find out what is true on your story

    this is the response from our secretary when i send her that message:
    We cannot recall anyone who complain like this Sir. Vanessa Medallo just check out from Unit 3 staying for a month did not complain anything and they even exceed for their deposit so they pay additional. Other than them, we cannot think of anyone. We do not owe any security deposit to previous tenants Sir. This guy is just making stories Sir, hehe. This is totally not true Sir.

    First apologies from our side, we usually delete anonymous fingerpointing of new members which are unknown for the community, but we were a bit late online today.

    However, we will leave it online, why?

    1st it gives the chance to "timber" answering in a few words Egons question, without rolling out the whole issue
    2nd The reaction of Egon (proprietor of Dumaguete Springs) is a very professional answer for being in charge of the business blamed. He asked his staff AND wants to hear the opinion of "timber" to have the chance to see maybe the real story.

    I personally highly appreciate this !

    Here my suggestion, as this discussion will not be in this thread! and in case "timber" wants to stay anonymous here on a public board:

    Give a quick response here that you get in touch with Egon
    Talk over a cafe/beer/softdrink (if he is in town) otherwise via email.
    come back on the board and tell about the outcome and a hopefully a shake hands or at least a solved problem.

    sadly the member did not take the given options to answer professional asked questions, but continues his/her way of anonymous ranting.

    While the very first blame can be understood as an emotional reaction, the continuation is very clear against the ToU of DI, he/she agreed to with signing up on DI. It is very clear stated additionally in the announcement for new members clear visible on top of the "General Chat" section:

    This let us no other options, than to deny him the ability to express his/her emotional outbursts anonymously in the public on this website. We are sure he/she will find other options to express him/herself.

    From our side we wish him/her all the best and good luck for the future. :smile:
