From all the reveiws, sad to hear it didn't work out and I wish I could have been one of your customers. Sometime it's timing, sometimes location, the location might be fine in 10 or more years if Bacong builds up a little more. Well, here's hoping you can find a better location.

Took the wife there last night and was a good night,good to catch up on the news and with friends. Food was excellent also along with cold beer!

Hey all from Ecil's Delights and Snacks.
Starting next week we will be making some new additions and changes to our menu and some minor price changes. We do aim to keep our menu very affordable to both locals and foreigners alike with good quality food.
Our menu as stands:
Burger, Burger Deluxe, Double Burger Deluxe
Fajita Wrap, Taco Wrap, Breakfast Wrap
Buffalo Wings Mild and Medium spicy (new and improved thicker sauce as well) W/ Fries or Rice
Fries plain or with Cheese or BBQ flavor
Ham & Cheese, Ham & Egg, Ham & Egg w/ Cheese
*Newest* Bruschetta (available starting next week)
Sweet cold treats:
Ecil's Specialty Halo-Halo (very nice and foreigner approved
)
Shakes Mango & Banana
Drinks we have:
SML, SML/Apple, Pilsen
Coke, Mt. Dew, Royal, and Coke Light in Can
Juices and Mineral Water

I guess pricing will be a balance act....how to keep it low enough and enjoy good customer flow but also sometimes better to be a little higher with less customer flow. Its a supply and demand thing and it very different for foreigners compared to Filipinos. I tried alot of places around Dumaguete and found the food net near Nichols to be a good balance of food and price. Tricky business your in for sure but keep up the good work and all will iron itself out.
