Yes i agree the vegetation grows quickly here but there is another way to think about this. The elec companys should set a system that people must keep trees and other greenery away from power lines. If they cause a short they should be fined or some penalty. Im sure that would cure alot of the problem.

It's a shame to pay for the expensive electricity for such bad service. In France, a rich and expensive country, electricity costs less. Where I live we have power cuts almost every day. NORECO is a company that only thinks to put in its pockets without any respect for consumers.
Right, but shouldn't the landlord just give the NORECO bill to the tenant? That's how my landlord does it. I would be suspicious if the meter number and readings weren't presented on an official receipt.
