Hey! The japs love baseball! We just don't let them compete in the world series. I think that frozen country above us has a team or two as well. And if we haven't dropped a bomb on a country in the last 100 years or they don't hold massive amounts of oil I see no reason to waste time remembering such trivial things. Americans have a big enough military to say any word in anyway we so choose. The brits are just mad they pissed away their empire, I understand their frustration.
If you replace the "empire" with the word Commonwealth you'll see that not much has changed since Victoria................... ........ and at least our elected leader is home-grown and not a suspected import of dubious pedigree. :p
