Ok Brian, I take your point. But remember that this is a male dominated country, and the Judge was scorning a Filipina for bringing her Filipino husband back to court. I doubt the same scorn would be shown to a Filipina who was bringing a foreigner to court.

 

The Judge was a female and remarkably very fair, actually when the judge found out my asawa was paid off, it was lucky she was not in the court room, there is one judge you don’t want to get he is not in favour in any way for annulments, he will drag your case on for years without any outcome, luckily the judge I have in my annulment case has no problems with annulments and he actually called one of the laws used against a pinoy last Monday a stupid law dropping the jaw of the asawa of the pinoy.

 

perhaps this will hlep - be smart when choosing a filipina decide with the big head not the little head - then treat her well - and keep your mouth shut and dont upset any filipinos here with aggressive and loud behaviour leave your unanturally oversized egos and arrogance at home what ever country that was your home originally and above all be polite and use bazic manners that hopefully your mamma taught you if you actually had one

very well stated! In addition, do not get married to a young girl.... trouble from get go. Her family and your money will be the subject, plus the baby if any. I was fortunate to meet an educated farmers daughter and this month we will celebrate 5 very happy years as married and 8 years together. Bohol Island is waiting for us to celebrate. I wish all a trouble free relationship with your Filipina wife or girlfriend. As stated above...... use the right head because that is the only head which will work longterm.... Live well!

 

I'm guessing it depends on the girl, more so than the age, if she's over 21 at least - I suppose. I've met some very sweet girls in their 20's and some not so nice women in their 30's. Age is secondary in many ways. How old is your educated farmers daughter? Just curious - not a loaded question.

 

good point curve ball age can be totally irrelevant if what is inside the ladies head is sound however the guy making the choice has to be likewise sound in the head

 

nothing wrong with the young ones as long as they are not gold diggers
