Cash aid to ‘Ruby’

"A member of the Dumaguete Sangguniang Panlungsod proposed that they themselves donate cash from their own pockets for victims of typhoon Ruby in Dolores town, Eastern Samar as a gesture of kindness, and to thank God that Dumaguete City and Negros Oriental were spared."
To thank god that he was an *sshole to someone else and not yourself? If there was someone that big of an *sshole in the same room as me I would shut my mouth and hope to not be noticed by him.....not give him praise for being a prick to someone else. Talk about encouraging bad behavior.
