    just incase someone else is concerned about their noreco billing:

    i totally missed this notice about *no noreco meter readings in april* and, concerned about getting kept after school, i emailed fsdcash@yahoo.com.ph this morning about not receiving an invoice for april.

    they replied with 2 hours:
    ''HI their no delivery of bill for the month of april billing due to this covid situation..
    You can call our billing section tel 225-3185 for your inquiry about your april bill.''
