A jail guard of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology in Dumaguete City, dismissed for being Absent Without Official Leave several years ago, was arrested for violation of Republic Act 9165, or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 Saturday. Marvin Masicampo was nabbed after a search of his house at the Cadawinonan housing by the Dumaguete City Anti-Illegal Drugs Special Operations Task Group, headed by Supt.
