I think it is Japanese - to explain: I found that 'Dutchie', when split, has the meanings 'Dut' a wool cap and 'Chie' a female Japanese name. [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chie]

I think katakana was the name of either the rooster or a song in the Moana movie (film for you Mr. Nmrn )
(and before you start searching: I'm just guessing )

Hiragana, Katakana, Romanji and Kanji are the four main alphabets of the Japanese language. I studied it too, could read and write it years ago, out of practice now. Kanjo is the Chinese symbols, Romanji is the American alphabet, the other two are Japanese versions.

Advise extreme caution, you could be in line for a definition case.....

Tried to go here for lunch today (Tuesday) but it was closed. They are upstairs from a hairdresser when we went to ask them, (the hairdresser) was told restaurant opens at 2pm.

I'd be interested to know where you found better ramen.

    I prefer Ichiraku.

Note: I have not sat down to eat at either of these restaurants, only had take out. Perhaps Ichiraku's noodles hold up better during the drive up to Valencia?
