Sir, with all respect. my post is simply saying that you give totally false information. you visa does not entitle you for unlimited exit and entry for one year. This is not being nit picky, that is telling fellow member here that the info given by you are wrong !
sorry ma'am Sorry Ma'am, this was the worst week i have had while in this country and i should have taken more time with my reply when i was taking a break from all the work and problems the other day. I was simply trying to tell the man that being married to philippine woman, he could simply get the balikan stamp on his passport every time they enter the country. We do this. it kind of make it like we have unlimited entry from traveling, as long as we re enter the country together. And that this may be helpful and a solution to his problem and other problems we encounter in this crazy country.
Update. A.J. Visa Services above Dumaguete immigration, have been stopped, by Manila, from processing the Exit Clearance Certificate. Manila now insist on a personal appearance being made at Davao, Cebu or Intramouros. This is little more than sheer bloody-mindedness, with the inconvenience of additional journeys and accommodation and with no logical value other than to relieve the individual of more pesos. I can imagine the outrage if the UK applied the same criteria to the 250,000 OFW's in and around London. How I wish...............
The lady up stairs near B.I.dumaguete can not do exit clearances any more, my friend was there last monday, she told him her contact in B. I. minila was no longer working for B.I. lol
Is this what they called customer friendly @Immigration. The PH is a banana republic and will be for the next 100 years. What's the use of an ECC while nowadays have computerized systems to check everything from A till Z or are they still working with the tam tam @NAIA or the other international airports?
Especially as the ECC is obviously not checking anything anyway. A person I know have a pending case and have been able to travel abroad without problem during the years. That, if anything, should render a failure to get an ECC if they were really checking.
So, if they don't check anything @all, what's the use of that ECC as only to get money. Wouldn't be it easier just to collect that amount of money involved on departure @the airport, if only money talks.
For those with 13A visa that is exactly what they do. Every time I exit I pay at the airport, total of 2170p which includes ECC fee.
