Went for a walk again today. Last week when this great idea began, I would give about 40% compliance. Today, and I am being generous, I rate it at about 10%. Even the Ceres buses, which require you to have one to get on, the people had them either completely off or the shield raised.
So based on this criteria, unless you are planning on travelling, and since there are only a total of 17 active cases in all of Negros Oriental, you will not be wearing a face shield and tight fitting goggles. If you can't social distance, I agree with the face mask. Don't like it, but understand its necessity.
I am not in Negros Or. currently - but if I were, then I would be wearing by choice a face mask and spectacles (which I wear anyway). And, of course, anything I am compelled by law to wear (or I have to stay in). In areas of Cebu City and Manila I would add the face shield.
