⌛ Fellow filipinos can give info about subdivisions?

Hi guys,
I am looking for a sudivisions to look at...I want it near( not really close) hospitals reliable one,christian church like Greenhills Christian Fellowship in Ortigas or Calvary Baptist church here in dumaguete. schools and shopping of course. Start somewhere in Quezon City down south to Laguna( not including going to Bicol region). Anybody knows about Verdant Heights in paranaque kindly give me some tips.

We owned a house here in Negros but I have my mother in manila with my sister...we need some extensions I guess to stay when we go to manila like going to the embassy my husband regularly goes out of the country for business. He need to stay overnight in manila cannot catch the flight back home here in negros.

Anybody have a kind heart to give me some info...I do look in the net but I think this forum would give me more and reliable information that I can count on.
