    For the past month or so my home innerweb drops connection almost every hour at 3 minutes past for a few minutes--multiple calls to FP, modem replacement and line checking has not fixed the issue...is anyone else experiencing this phenomenon or possibly know what is going on?

    Not every hour but occasionally.

    Don't know what to do either.

    First of all FilProd is not my ISP, so I have no idea how good or not so good they are after all.
    I am only using FilProd for cable tv and 100% happy with. For internet there other options than a cable tv company.

    I guess I got you wrong.
    Indeed I was referring to internet. My bad. Sorry for that.

    According to my family TV works fine. Myself I don't watch at all, but they are happy.
