Then that tw@t should be held liable for his tw*tiness....or the firetrucks should have large brush-guards mounted on the front of them and be able to plow through any tw@t's property that sits on a public road.
This is what happens when you (or your neighbors) are stingy with the right of way. If you didn't leave enough room for a fire truck to get to your property you shouldn't cry when your house (or business) burns down. Considering that many houses are wired up by completely incompetent "electricians" I'm surprised this doesn't happen much more often.
