    Ah, well I'm on Philippine Airlines (operated by Etihad) all the way to Dubai. Flight to Afghanistan is a flexible charter flight. I think I'll be good. I honestly think the flight will be fine. Looks like the weather will hold out.

    And it's d*mn cold there right now. Not looking forward to that. I wanted to buy some warmer cloths but knew I likely wouldn't find any my size here. Looks like I'll be stuck paying the crazy prices for cloths in the German PX in country.

    One of mine was ( Cebu Pacific) From here to Davao via Cebu..They rebooked both flights for me for the next day..

    So everything went smoothly.....minus flying to the wrong city and having to take a bus from Abu Dhabi to Dubai (my mistake, not the airlines).
