Flooring in a new house in Cangmating

My wife (Filipina) is building since many years a new house in Cangmating. Now comes the problem with flooring inside. I would like to have it finished before Christmas.

What type of flooring do you want? Wood? Linoleum? Tile?

Do you have the type, size, pattern/style color picked out?

 

I bought my tile at Citi Hardware, lots of choices. I suggest you go with the installer and pick it out and price it yourself.

 

I'm just wondering how this will work if you guys are in mexico.
you must be present here to give orders and check the workers all the time.
