⌛ Flying this week

Finally managed to get the whole plan together after a series of hold-ups and delays. House sold, furniture given to charity, pets re-homed and bridges burned !!! Start the London/Hong Kong leg on Wednesday evening and get to Manila on Thursday evening. Will chill out for a few days to try and get rid of jet-lag and hope to arrive in Dumaguete Monday 17th. Just relieved to be leaving this once great country, which is now rapidly turning into an Orwellian crap-hole. And if I never see snow again it will be too soon It's time to have the gap-year that I never had when I was 18, although it's 46 years later !!!! Don't intend doing too much strenuous; and there certainly isn't any rush.

As things stand, I will settle in Bacong so I'll catch up with most of you all in good time.

Thanks fellas. Yes, it's good when a plan finally comes together, especially after a couple of family setbacks and losses. However, it's time to look to the future now.
