    To become an criminal only because of sombodys forwarded E-Mail that you did not realize has some illegal content, this kind of laws make it possible.
    Also, who does not have some Video or Music files on his Computer that are Copyright protected, maybe somebody gave them to you and you already forgot about it...
    Not the kind of senario I want to become reality...
