A friend in Makati Manila experienced and told me every major mall, every medical building, many office buildings and most good hotels there do a thermal scan at every entrance.

 

I hope he comes out alright and healthy enough to sue the p*ss out of Ace's hospital using the doctors and nurses in Silliman ICU who now are "Locked Down" as witness's. We all know he is going to come out of Silliman with a healthy outlook and an unhealthy bank account.

 

The patient apparently Died last night according to St Peters Funeral Home in Bacong where my wife is attending the Wake of her Sister, They were called to collect him but Refused on the Grounds of the uncertain happens with regard to the situation

This is the best approach possible so glad someone thought of it. It is using a resource that already exists (security on the door) to do the testing for most of the population.
