THE PLDT-Smart has announced the launching of its free Wifi data service at Dumaguete-Sibulan Airport on August 24. In response to President Rodrigo Duterte's call for telecommunication companies in his State of Nation Address (Sona) to improve internet service in the country, PLDT-Smart has started installing to put up Wifi footprint in the airport.
