I have been making Sauerkraut (German sour cabbage) and Korean Kimchi (spicy cabbage) for the past two months. I have been selling Sauerkraut to Whynot Restaurant in Dumaguete and a restaurant out near Siaton, plus both items to private individuals. If anybody is interested I sell the Sauerkraut for 180p per kilo and the Kimchi for 250 per kilo, both packaged in one (1) liter Ziplock bags.
