Sorry not intentional. It was a clip and paste quote from the article and by the time I noticed the time had elapsed to edit it.

Sorry but he is a muslim!! Yes I know being a muslim is not harmful, in listening to them talk, but they did say, ( even the nice ones ) that their beliefs are to kill every one of us!! Now that is not the person I want running my homeland!! And yes also, it has been proven way beyond a reasonable doubt, he lied about his birth certificate!! He was born in africa!! That my friends disqualifies him for the presidency of the united states of america!! There will be a very bad war happen because of him!! Sorry folks!!

No worries, he won't be doing it much longer.
Sneaky guy. I suppose you gotta give him credit for pulling that con twice in a row though. And no conspiracy theory questioning his birth certificate or his place of birth has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt.....well, I guess it really depends what a person considers "reasonable" doubt.

BTW: being born outside the US does not disqualify anyone from being president. A "naturally born citizen" is just someone who didn't have to go through any naturalization process. Even if I believed that Obama had faked his birth certificate (and I don't :meh:) I would never be able to buy that he would be able to destroy or hide his naturalization paperwork with the federal government.....and again, it wouldn't have mattered even if he was born outside the US. Direct from the Constitution:
That's it.....nothing in there about being born outside the US as being a disqualifier to be president. The only question in the constitution is what makes a person a "natural born Citizen". Unfortunately the constitution does not paint a clear picture on that subject.....and the Supreme Court has never made any ruling on it for clarification. There are currently only two ways to obtain US citizenship: being born one or being naturalized after birth. Currently every US government agency that has a say on the matter says you just need one parent to be a US citizen or you need to be born on American soil to be a "natural born citizen"....because the US uses both jus soli and jus sanguinis as principles of nationality.

    U.S. Citizenship | USCIS
Those be the only two option....and Obama is a natural born citizen by those standards. Certain organizations, special interest groups and individuals might not like this interpretation but that's just tough cookies and until someone can convince the Supreme Court to take on the matter and clarify what an actual natural born citizen is it will remain the way it is. (But I really don't think most people, especially US expats living in the developing countries with younger wives would appreciate the law changing so that both parents must be US citizens for their children to be considered a US citizen.)

It's a bit comical that one of the current Republican candidates is admittedly guilty of everything certain Republicans said disqualified Obama from being president:

    Senator Ted Cruz:
    1. Born outside the US in Canada.....and he is not afraid to show his birth certificate to prove that.
    2. Mother is US citizen (born in Delaware)
    3. Father is not a US citizen (from Cuba)
That pretty much covers all the conspiracy theories that were thrown at Obama. I'm no supporter of Obama but I don't buy into the conspiracy theories questioning his nationality or eligibility to be president.
