Not all travelers from Cebu require the test, one of my tenants girl friends came from Cebu. I asked him how much he gave her for the test.. Said nothing as she is exempt because she is a Person With Disabilities.????? She is fairly deaf but i guess that means she can't catch it or transmit the virus.. Peoples common sense and reasoning in this country continue to baffle me after nearly 40 years here.

Less people so less stupidity and i think most were a lot better educated then. in my opinion.

You can travel to cebu, but returning to Dumaguete will require a swab test.

 

Does that mean a person returning to Dumaguete via the city port? I think I read someone recently said he entered via Sibulan and did not have to produce any documentation. Perhaps it was a 'lax moment' - or, if not, what about Bato?
