Not sure. Didn't break it down on the receipt. Just had 1000p for paid amount and 800p for unit cost. Was hand written. I watched the pump though, they started from zero. This was one of the gas stations near Banilad.
Just to let you all know that I was flabbergasted when I saw the price for a liter of regular at one of the pumps in Manila: around 51 P a liter! It's sort of a culture shock when you just arrived from a country where a liter of the same stuff was 1,81 Euro (and a pack of 23 Marlboro's is 6,50 Euro, compared to some 45/50 P here for 20 sticks).......... Vicmico
Trust me, it ain't the same stuff as back home. I just had my injectors cleaned on my CBR two weeks ago and it is truly amazing vehicles run on this crap they call petrol here.
And in my home town in the US petrol is only 35pesos/liter right now. So I was also flabbergasted when I came here too......for the opposite reason though.
It's sad that I'm 29 and I remember petrol being 8 pesos/liter in the US. That's a 160 percent increase in price in less than 15 years. My grandpa tells me this sh*t was basically free when he was a teenager.
Regular unleaded is currently Php 47.5 per litre in Cebu. If you want really cheap gas, move to Venezuela, $0.05 US per litre!
The cost of Petrol in Saudi is aprox 5cents a litre & the station selling it at this price is still making his profit even at this price !.
