    We went to City Mall yesterday (Sunday) no pass no problem.
    Not very many people there so maybe not common knowledge (yet)

    The usual farce going on with 'backriders'. With the revised guidance going out nationally, including no 'backriders', the PNP went public Wednesday in the province saying they will enforce it. Yesterday, Gov Degamo told them not to enforce. Blimey, classic case of follow blindly the last instruction! Fortunate that everyone here just ignores it anyway.

    I think it is just Citi Mall internal. Wife went out after me and Lee's and Rob's were still asking for passes. Really, there are not that many establishments requiring passes, so I will let it "PASS". :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

    It was on Yes the Best Dumaguete fb page and I think also the Provincial Government fb page. Not specific to Citi Mall, but confirming the continuation of quarantine pass system in use up to now.

    As with every newly implemented quarantine period, it will take a few days and a number of clarifications before everyone understands what's happening. That may well mean some establishments back-peddling with their welcomes. It has happened before...

    The State University, NORSU, has resumed its interrupted admission process. Via its FB page and forms dated 2019, it invites application from new students. They are told to specify modular learning or internet learning, and to specify what tools they have to receive it.
