    Hi guys,

I thought that this would be the best way of replying at the mo. - so here goes.

Whilst I was in the Phils. the last time - I received my Broadband(BB) bill from BT. Then I got a reminder (You know where this is going don't you?)
    Then I got a final reminder.

When I came home I had a pile of bills larger than the mistakes that the Labour Party have made recently.

Naturally, I ignored them all  thinking - oh well, next week eh?

Lo and behold - BT cancelled my BB connection - 15 days to re-connect!!!
15 DAYS!!!! - I got my BB up and running in Valencia in 2 days!

So, at the mo. I am on dial-up here - b****y expensive!! So, I am not communicating so much at the mo. Please forgive me for my abscess - oops! absence.

So - my generic message at the mo. is - thatnk you SO MUCH to all the kind people who have written to me - welcomed me - etc......

I can't wait to get back there - hopefully Jan 9th - and meet as many of you as poss. With good old San Mig. around about 25p I shall just about be able to afford to buy you one - or twelve!!!

God bless everyone and see you soon,

    Regards,

    Alan.

20 Pesos at my wifes little resto, sari sari, karaoke nook. But you have to sit and look at my photos of Negros on the wall, and put up with nice filipinas with a good attitude! and maybe listen to old rock and roll, blues, jazz, or bob Marley. What a shame.
A well kept secret tucked away far from the Bvld.
And the beer is cold, unless you want a Grande of Red Horse, then it is Philippine cold. Joke...

I certainly look forward to that!!!! Used to be in the music business in the 70s before I went into teaching - and good old rock and roll will do me just FINE!!!!
I may ship my keyboard over (If I can afford to) - so you may be VERY unlucky and hear me play. :D

    God bless,

    See ya soon,

    Al.

GiGie's has volenteer musicians on Sunday afternoons. Feel free to bring your key board. ice cold beer at p25 and free popcorn. From 10am till 6pm you hear classic rock n roll and after 6pm sing karaoke with the locals.

Fast becoming the most popular expat bar around. We have the best hamburgers in Dumaguete and great hotdogs.

    Hope to see you soon

Well then perhaps you will also join us for jammin at Devlin's every other Saturday, Rhoody is a great guitar, and maybe we will grow this thing. You can be no worse than the rest of us old rockers!
