Did you have a soft crust pizza or was it crispy?

The pizza crust is on the thin side as it is cooked in a 350c woodfire brick oven. Comes out in 3 mins. Chewy outed crust and firm, but not crunchy bottom. The staff can ask the cook to make it a little crispy if you desire.

I had just got back in town last week and Friday night the Wife wanted pizza from a unmentionable place because we always enjoyed the food, i told her it has changed ownership but the old owner opened a new place so she agreed that we will take the ride from Valencia to check it out. We left around 8pm after driving up and down the highway looking for a sign we decided to stop at a internet cafe to look for directions on DI. so off again on our quest for dinner we finally found it about 8:55 we were told as we walked in that we could not eat but were offered to sit at the bar and drink. we chose to leave we don't drink and at this time we were very hungry so off we go to look for food we thought lord byrons because open till 10pm but never made it we stopped at the unmentionable first thing we noticed was the place was empty and the menu has changed we ordered a pizza and a side of fries about 10 min go by and the dreaded sorry sir fries not available LOL our pizza came a bit later what a disappointment first thing the wife said "pizza is not the same no cheese and not very good" so i guess that place is off our list now maybe some day we will make a trip back to Gerry's to try it out some Solar lights on the sign would help a lot .

I got an email today from my tribe in Dumaguete who went to Gerry`s on the beach the other day, and were quite annoyed by the dogs that were
running around, and even though the food was quite good they said that they would never go there again, unless the dogs were banned.
Maybe Gerry should do something about this, as I was not impressed that one of the dogs growled at my young daughter.
Nothing against dogs, but eating out with dogs running around is not a good place to go for a meal.
Anyway just a small thing that can be rectified, and I am sure that Gerry will take note.
    Keep on keeping on,
    Cheers from the Freak.

I've been to Gerry's many times and his two dogs are usually there, but I have never, ever seen any sign of aggression from either dog.
The Rottweiler could be a tripping hazard (very lazy dog). The Labrador cross is very polite, you could get bruised by her friendly wagging tail.
My wife enjoys petting them while we wait for our food.
I think in many countries e.g. UK dogs are welcome in the pubs.
If the dogs stay that's okay by me. IMO

My apologies if the dogs disturbed your time here. There are about 20 street dogs (unsupervised) roaming the beach here and they do not come onto the bar property as a result of the protectiveness of Von and Feebee.
Both my dogs have been hand raised with our daughter and have never growled or snapped at anyone.
Please advise me when you return and I will remove them during your time here, an hour or 2 on the leash will do them no harm, again I apologize for them making your time here less than enjoyable.... . This is Von having a shower with a customer's son after a swim last week.... Gerry 09082117077 Photo0876.jpg
