My wife claims to of seen several different ghosts when she was aged 9
to 12,then she moved house, and has not seen any since.I suggested she
may of been dreaming, but she vehemently denials this, and goes into great
detail to what she saw and experienced.
I'm wondering,if any other members have had similar experiences with
their wives?Or indeed ghostly experiences they are willing to admit to?

I met few english/ filipino who claimed have seen something unusual in their own personal experience, the more one hears about peoplr with their accounts,it makes one curious or into limbo whther it's all but pork pies or real to the person telling the experience ,or somekind of hallucination . Myself getting curious for ghosty experience ,and would not believe it until i see one myself, but perhaps the bettr not to see as it's gonna be a freakin' frightening big time I'm sure ,will probably sh** on pants if happen to see one real if its real ,esp of any ghosty resemblance of Samara in the RING , or this one in the avatar .But i have a question ,this is kind of branching off though ,sometimes i wonder of this sixth sense or very strong gut feeling to describe it , if any had similar experience of a strong forboding feeling that something isn't going to be right, kind of omenous feelings, like an accident bound to happen even get little flashes of it or odd feelings you've been cheated .All of them seen in the back of the mind happened and true .They're horrible feelings.

Enigma, search the phenomon "white lady" on the internet. see if you find anything similar to what your wife was describing. i've never seen one myself in the phils, but alot of filipinas believe in them and claim to have seen them. i remember ur post on spells and charms and ur discomfort with ur wifes beliefs; what can u do? they believe what they choose, i've found it best to just agree with them and move on.

Yes Yes, In the philippines there is a broad belief in the supenatural. I have heard so many stories from unsophiscated mountain folk to local bussinessmen. White ladies seem to be a generalized catch all for ghosts. I hear them being used as an excuse for motorcycle accidents, and generally as a bad omen. Don't drive by bamboo groves at night with your honey either, gosts live there.
My wife always attaches meaning to her infrequent vivid dreams, and the beliefs they have are reinforced by the dreams, it's an endless cycle. Black magic is also alive and well here, complete with curses hex's and the rest. I have heard wild tales of shape shifters, spirits, suddenly dissapearing old men, and witches stealing babies and turning into owls and bats and flying to Siqihor.

    Hmm - strange reading this.
My wife does not like to stay at Sea Forest because she says there is a 'monster' there!
    And she is GENUINELY afraid!

Hi Teach,Yeah funny that.It reminds me of the time when my wife first came to th UK and when she saw my flat which is in an old bakery, she said "it's a monsters house".I replied,"yes,I'm the monster". Luckily she was contented to live there.

perhaps it's the monster called 'adik-adik'...sa shabu.
honestly people should not be fearing these monsters supernaturals, rather the ones u and me can see, dressed and speaks like locals, laughs and giggles, drinks SMBs,even perhaps driving nice cars,or could be living next door to you in a gated community /subdivision or you can bump into anywhere...only that they hv distorted minds (on occasions or depending on degree of use ) due to influenced with illegal substances or addiction to it .they could see u in a form looking like roger rabbit or the limping dog for pulotan or the nasty devil on attack.they're the real ones people should be worried about.
