Speaking of LTO.......I went yesterday for My Philippines Driver's License in Manila. Process was slow and redundant. Had to walk four blocks to a "clinic" to take a p*ss test. Then to a "Dr" who informed Me that because I have amblyopia(lazy eye 20/200 vision) in My right eye(born with it), She said I was getting a driving restriction for Daylight driving only. I argued with her and told her that doesn't make any sense.......I can't see any better in that eye.....even in the daytime. Finally after much hassle she agreed I could get a non-professional license.......FFS that's all I asked for from the get go.
