I agree, it's an excellent resort. Spacey rooms, a lovely pool with sunken bar, good food. A bit far, maybe 5 km after San Juan. I paid on March and June this year 5.600 a night.
Not a resort and not a beach, but we found a great place on AirBnB. "Cliffhanger" ..... But doesn't sound like your preference... Had two meals at Coco Groove, not far away...
I've been to Infinity Sands recently, its next to Baha Bar (great food and cocktails). Very nice rooms, we paid 3k/night through Agoda. you can visit their other resort (infinity heights) in the mountains for free, there they got an infinity pool with an amazing view across half of Siquijor. Weekend nights can be a bit noisy due to live music at Baha bar and czar's place across the street.
Agreed with the CoCo Grove suggestion, they have a great 600 peso steak dinner as well! But, it fills up quickly, so when its not available I usually stay at White Beach Resort. It has Sh!t food, but right across the street are the two best restobars on the island, Monkey Business (same side to the right 30 seconds) and Dagsa directly across.
